Greater Wedgehead

Description

Belonging to a subgroup of wedgeheads commonly known as 'owls', the Greater Wedgehead, while only a meter tall, is relatively massive and flightless. Entirely silent, like much of the local wildlife, it also spends much of its time on the ground, motionless. While not entirely notable for its behavior, it is however the apparent focus or catalyst of the formation of 'superflocking,' a phenomenon among the bird-like wedgeheads involving congregations ranging multiple species. While wedgeheads do exhibit types of descendancy flocking, consisting of a species and several of their direct clades, superflocking is as of yet unexplained by simple familial relation, and could be related to a modified use of PG (though this hypothesis is entirely speculative). In part, our lack of a true understanding of PG and many other sensory adaptations, due to our technological limitations, mean that such speculations will remain our best inroads into many behaviors until technological advent or opportunity presents itself.

I like how you did the lines for the legs. They look very interesting. Simple design which is well done. great work!
